After‐sales Service Content
As you know, after‐sales service is a very important part of the entire sales process. Many clients worry about it due to distance and limited knowledge of EETO and our machines.
We fully understand your concern. Below are the main services we offer to address these points:
- Installation Service
- Training Service
- Troubleshooting Service
Installation Service
First, we continuously improve our machine design so that installation become easier and faster. For example, plug‐and‐play connectors, clear wire labeling, and specialized fiber‐optic installation methods.
Second, we provide comprehensive documentation to guide you in preparing the installation site and assembling the machine step by step.
Once the machine arrives, our technicians will walk you through unloading and setup. We also provide both written and graphic instructions to make everything simple. If any issue arises, our expert technicians are ready to assist you remotely.
Training Service
In addition to the user manual, we offer hands‐on training so your team knows how to operate the machine safely and efficiently during daily production:
- Safety procedures and precautions;
- Overview of main components and configurations;
- Standard start‐up and shut‐down procedures;
- Principles of the water cooling system;
- Software operation and control panel usage;
- Cutting techniques and best practices;
- Height control system operation;
- Routine maintenance and cleaning;
- Basic troubleshooting methods and tips.
Troubleshooting Service
In customer support, troubleshooting can be challenging because it requires both technical knowledge and clear communication with end‐users.
Drawing from our extensive experience, our technicians have divided the diagnostic process into three key steps. By following these steps systematically, you can resolve most production issues effectively:
- Understand what’s happening by asking targeted questions;
- Analyze system logs or error messages;
- Provide step‐by‐step guided solutions.
